This is Sophie
Born and raised in Leicester, Sophie is a twenty-four year old actor with experience and training in screen, theatre, radio and VO acting - and many genres and skills in between. Graduating the University of Lincoln in 2019 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Drama, she then continued on to training at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, graduating with a Masters in Acting in 2020.

Sophie considers herself a driven, hard-working, friendly and enthusiastic person and actor. Empathy is one of her strongest qualities and she believes this is key to being able to create an authentic, multi-dimensional character.

She enjoy all mediums and genres of the dramatic world, with a particular love for musicals, contemporary plays, and period dramas.

Outside of acting, she's a huge book-worm - she's a massive fan of Victorian Gothic novels. She is currently making edits to her play about Branwell Brontë, brother of the Brontë sisters. She is a supervisor at Lane7, and is training part-time to be a secondary school drama teacher.
